Our Learning Approach

Designed with engagement in mind

Fists in Solidarity
Fists in Solidarity

When navigating cultural differences, the biggest hurdle many people face is the worry that they will do or say the wrong thing. The fear of making a mistake prevents people from taking risks.

Having a strong, trusting, learning environment is essential to taking new risks and applying new skills as you grow. In my past coaching work, 100% of survey respondents note that they have developed a rapport and trust that provides them with a safe space to grow and reflect on their educational and leadership practice.

[Kennedy] and I work together at issues, problems, challenges and goals specific to me.  She lets me drive the themes and goals of our work based on my needs, while helping me clarify goals and find resources and research that are applicable to reaching those goals.  --A Teacher-Leader

Listening to and understanding each client's unique goals is fundamental to a successful relationship. When the conversation is grounded in tangible outcomes that focus on those goals, success will follow.

My experience with the current academic year is very positive. [Kennedy] is giving me very applicable feedback that is improving my classes.  --A Middle School Teacher

Sometimes we get stuck: coming up with a new idea, figuring out how to strengthen engagement, moving outside of our comfort zone. A shift in perspective can provide an objective lens to solving challenges.

Kennedy has been awesome to bounce ideas off of and she really is intentional with her guidance to help me and my team at my school.   --An Administrator

To create an impact, we need to make intentional efforts to set goals and establish frameworks to measure progress towards those goals. With the framework, support, and guidance in place, great strides in growth can happen!
